fantastic river view
easy walkingriver viewmodern feature
the hotel is right on the canal , made walking very easy. i walked north along the river and eventually reached nyhavn canal. my room was perfect and i enjoyed the river view every morning.
the tv had a few channels available but no modern features were included like netflix. this feature would have been great.

i stayed in a newly renovated room on the tenth floor facing the river. the room felt spacious and featured high ceilings, clean bed linen and comfortable furniture. the large picture window offered a fantastic view.

the hotel's location proved perfect and i walked to many places. it is easy to access the hop on hop off bus right in front. i found the flat terrain made getting around very easy!

The executive lounge is open 24 hours. I enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour snacks. the hotel has helpful staff. the breakfast buffet provided a variety of options including eggs, muffins and fruits.

The breakfast was top quality (especially the pastries!). The location is perfect for walking to major attractions. I found the mattress super comfortable.
The absence of complimentary water in the room was a small inconvenience, as I had to purchase it from the hotel kiosk.

I found the absence of a minibar inconvenient. the shower felt quite small, also was rather outdated. It did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.
